CLIENT SERVICE AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES

This Client Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Ex-Physique ("Company") and the individual identified above ("Client").

2. SERVICES

Ex-Physique offers the following programs and services:

• The Protocol — $35/month (recurring)
• The Protocol Annual — $299/year (recurring)
• The Architect — $49 one-time
• The Blueprint — $49 one-time
• Architect + Blueprint Bundle — $79 one-time
• The Executive — $299/month (recurring)
• Full Body Transformation — $899 one-time
• NPC Contest Prep — $450/month (recurring)
• NPC Peak Week Fee — $150 one-time (separate fee where applicable)

3. BILLING & PAYMENT

4. CANCELLATION

Client may cancel their membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued.

For Executive members, cancellation must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & OWNERSHIP

All programming, content, software, systems, frameworks, and materials provided through Ex-Physique — including but not limited to the app, training protocols, nutrition methodologies, and visual assets — are the sole intellectual property of Ex-Physique.

Client acknowledges that:

• Access to Ex-Physique's platform and materials is granted for personal use only.
• Client may not copy, clone, reproduce, distribute, resell, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform, programming, or content.
• Client may not share login credentials or allow third parties to access their account.
• Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

6. HEALTH & LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Client acknowledges that participation in any fitness or nutrition program carries inherent risk. By enrolling, Client confirms that:

• They are in adequate physical health to participate in a structured training program.
• They have consulted or will consult a physician if they have any pre-existing conditions.
• Ex-Physique is not a licensed medical provider, and nothing provided constitutes medical advice.
• Ex-Physique is not liable for any injury, health complication, or adverse outcome resulting from participation in the program.

7. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Individual results vary. Ex-Physique does not guarantee specific fitness outcomes. Results depend on Client's adherence, consistency, and individual physiology.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY

Any personalized programming, coaching notes, or communications shared between Ex-Physique and Client are confidential and may not be shared, published, or distributed without written consent from Ex-Physique.

9. TERMINATION

Ex-Physique reserves the right to terminate any Client's membership at its discretion, including for violation of these terms, abusive behavior, or non-payment. In such cases, access will be revoked immediately.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court.

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Ex-Physique and Client and supersedes any prior communications or representations.
